Make it Easier for Your Loved Ones: When you create a Preplanning Package, you can designate a trusted contact (like a spouse, child, or close friend) as your Designated Contact. This lets them know about your plans and gives them access to your memorial after you have passed.

Pre-Planning for a Loved One? You can nominate yourself as the Designated Contact for their Preplanning Package. This gives you control over managing their memorial and ensures their wishes are carried out according to your discussions.

We’ll Keep Them Informed: Once you choose your Designated Contact, we’ll send them a friendly email to let them know that you have created a Preplanning Package and have nominated them as your Designated Contact. This email will include details on how and when they should contact us to learn more about your Preplanning Package and to discuss their options. They can reach out to us anytime if they have questions.

This takes the burden off your family during a difficult time. Pre-planning ensures your wishes are known and honored, creating a lasting tribute you can create together.

Yes, you can keep your loved one’s memorial page private. We understand that honoring someone’s memory is a deeply personal experience, and privacy is important. With our private memorial option, you have the freedom to create an exclusive memorial for your loved one, accessible only to those you choose. Share cherished memories, photos, and heartfelt messages in an intimate setting, free from outside interruptions. This exclusive space allows you to grieve and celebrate your loved one’s life in a way that feels most comfortable and respectful.

To share a private memorial, copy the unique link from your loved one’s memorial page and share it with those you want to have access. You’ll also need to provide them with the password you created under the “Publish: Private or Public” settings on the top left of the memorial page. 

*Anyone that has this link and password can view and leave shared memories on your loved one’s memorial. Please be selective with whom you share this information with, as it could lead to unwanted access to your loved one’s memorial.

We do have a limit to how many pictures/videos you can add to your loved one’s memorial page:

• 1 featured image
• 10 gallery photos
• 10 timeline photos
• 1 video

Only the account holder can make edits, and you can do so anytime your account is active. 

Need to make changes? Log in to your account anytime, day or night. Consider updating your loved one’s memorial on special occasions like birthdays, anniversaries, or holidays. Or, make it a daily ritual to share a new memory or photo.

Enjoy continuous access to your loved one’s memorials with our required annual auto-renewal plan. For just $19.99 per memorial, you can keep your memorials active and editable. We’ll automatically charge your credit card. 

Yes, you can cancel your memorial account. Please note that once you cancel, you will not receive a refund for the remaining time of your current subscription term. Your memorial page will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

*Cancelling a memorial can be done by logging into your account and following these steps: Dashboard-Account Details-Subscriptions-Cancel (to the right of the memorial you would like to cancel)
